If you are paying for a domain, you will be sent a money request to your PayPal email and you will be required to pay before the domain is registered.

Please note that you will receive a reply whether you are accepted for hosting or not. Expect a reply within a week. If you do not receive a reply I may not have received your application so please apply again. You will definitely be approved if you are purchasing a domain. Allow up to 72 hours for a response.
